Hostal Colonial Vedado: luxury and up to 8 people

This beautiful, spacious and independant guesthouse has three air-conditioned bedrooms with minibars for a maximum of eight people. It has been renovated, maintaining the original style and decorated with antique "treasures." Last but not least, I live just one floor above and am happy to help with whatever you need. The space The ground floor entrance leads up a short 20 marble stairs, bringing you to the the first floor living area. Surrounded by high ceilings with artful stucco, original tiles, antique lamps and period furniture, all contributing to a relaxing atmosphere, a bit of luxury and a feeling of what life was like years ago in the charming Vedado neighborhood. Besides the normal common spaces (see next chapter)of an apartment there are the three bedrooms: The huge master bedroom has one double bed (queen size), air-conditioning, minibar, safe with lock and a private bathroom and large shower. There is also access to a spacious, tiled terrace to enjoy morning coffee or an evening beverage. If needed, this bedroom can accommodate a second double bed. There are two other double rooms, one with a double (queen size) bed and one with two single beds; each has air-conditioning and a minibar. These rooms share a large bathroom with a tub/shower. Guest access This wonderful, light-filled apartment has some areas just for guests, including the living room, dining room, a room for massage, a large and sunny terrace/loggia (as well as a smaller terrace and bathtub with fishes!), both with lush, tropical plants. The kitchen is normally only available for longterm guests. Other things to note As I am living on the second floor I can easily help with any information you might need regarding contacting friends in Cuba, medical concerns or just tourist information.
