The space Apartment of approximately 70 m2 is located on the second and third floors of a characteristic medieval building NOT equipped with a lift (PLEASE NOTE there are internal stairs). The internal space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with sofa, relaxation corner and dining area. - KITCHEN with hob, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle, oven, kitchen utensils. - BEDROOM I with a double bed and a bridge wardrobe. - BEDROOM II with two single beds. - BEDROOM III with a double bed. - TWO BATHROOMS both with shower, sink, bidet and WC. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: independent heating, washing machine, clothesline, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
