Other things to note ★SAFETY ★ There is 1 camera located on the property. It is facing the driveway and the right side of the house towards the front door. This is not monitored camera, but it does record and is there for yours and our safety. ★DISCLAIMER★ Pool might be cooler during winter months. ★POOL SAFETY DISCLAIMER★ Please be aware that pool’s depth varies from 3 ft. to 6 ft. Kids must be supervised at all times. We provide swim vest for toddlers and life jackets for children, but we do not provide pool gates. Please stay safe and aware. ★POOL MAINTANANCE★ We have weekly pool maintenance service. ★ PETS ALLOWED ★ Your fury friends (up to 2 dogs) are welcomed for an additional fee. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! There is a designated smoking area outside. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. The property has a routine pest control service, but with warm year-round Florida weather, we ask for front door to be closed at all times. We cannot guarantee complete elimination with all insects. Booking party must be age 25+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing. Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.
