Bring your boat, rent a boat or hire a captain for days on the water. Cape Coral is prime for fishing charters, beach days, waterfront dining, etc. Welcome to Paradise Point! The space 3 bedrooms - One King bedroom with ensuite. Medium firmness mattress. One Secondary bedroom with soft Queen mattress. One secondary bedroom with a trundle bed. This bed has two twin mattresses medium to firm. Extra linens and blankets are located throughout the home, generally in the closets. There are bath towels, washcloths and beach towels in the hall cloaet between the hall bathroom and garage. We provide limited shampoo, conditioner and body wash. If you are particular about your products, we suggest you bring your own. Unfortunately, we cannot cater to everyone's preferences. We have an ice machine available for use for coolers or for fishing ice boxes. The ice machine will be turned on remotely for guests who need more ice than available through the refrigerator. We hope this amenity is always available, but there may be unforseen circumstances where it may not be operational. There is a washer and dryer available for use in the garage. We ask that you try to remove any sand on items before washing. There is a boat in the lift at the home, but it is not available for rent. There is plenty of room at the dock for an additional boat to be kept during your stay. There is a 4 runner in the garage and takes up the available garage space. Available parking will be on the driveway. Guest access Self-check in and Wi-Fi! Other things to note The protection of our guests as well as neighbors we do enforce the Cape Coral noise ordinance. No excessive noise between 11pm and 7am. We want our guests to fully enjoy their time, but appreciate that they take our neighbors in consideration as well. We do not allow parties or large gatherings. Not abiding by our noise ordinance can lead to being asked to leave the property. There is absolutely no smoking, vaping or drug use allowed on the property. Doing so can result in being asked to leave immediately as well as a $250 smoke remediation and ozone charge. We love for guests to have access to their boat at the home during their stay. That being said, trailers are not aowed to be parked in residential driveways in Cape Coral. Please make arrangements for trailer storage if bringing boat via trailer.
