Maria's Little House in Skiathos Town

A lovely 2-floor town house in the heart of Skiathos. The Upper floor provides a bedroom with 3 comfortable beds Small balcony with fridge 1 Bathroom/ shower /hot water/hair dryer The ground floor (sleeps 1 person) is the dining area with 2 sofa beds Table &4 chairs 1 bathroom Washing machine Tv Small kitchen Fridge Toaster Small backyard 3 mins walk to town centre, shops, port and buses 5 mins walk to public parking lot 10 mins walk to the nearest beach Megali ammos The space A traditional 2- floor semi-dettached house in the heart of Skiathos town, yet in quiet neighborhood, is available for you now. Bith floors are newly decorated. The house is in a srategic location since it is 3 mins walk from Papadiamantis Street where all the shops and restaurants are. 3 mins walk from the port, 5 minutes walk to the public parking lot and 10 mins walk to the nearest beach called Megali amos. Each floor within the house has its own entrance door, which makes it ideal not only for families but also for group of friends. Th upper floor can be reached with an outer straicase The upper floor is very spacious with a high wooden ceiling and accomodates 3 adults. It provides a semi double bed and 2 single beds . The Upper room has a back small private balcony with a small table and 2 chairs and a lovely bathroom with shower/hot water and wooden rack with selves for your shampoo ect. The upper bathroom provides a fast water heater. OnThe ground floor is the dining area but could sleep an extra adult or 2 children in any of the 2 sofas that are available. The dinning room also provides a wooden table with 4 chairs. The ground floor also provides an extra bathroom with washing machine and shower. Hot water available through plain water heater so you need to switch a button on/off. The ground floor also provides a small kitchen with cupboards with all the cuttlery you might need, a small oven, fridge , toaster plates , sauce pans. kicthen has a window and door that leads to a small backyard. Water with water hose is also available in the backyard. Dinning room also has a tv. The main entrace to the house looks in our small private byway where there is enough space to park your motorbike. Rooms are cleaned every 4 days where fresh towels and bed sheets are provided. Please make sure on the 4th day of your staying to have the room available at 12:00pm for cleaning. This House is ideal for familys or group of friends as each floor is independent with its own bathroom and fridge. it can sleep a total of 5 people . Guest access All areas could be used within the house apart form the small outer storage room where we store cleaning products for the house, only to be used by Mrs Maria. Other things to note Mrs Maria will be resposible for the cleaning of the house every 4 days, so please make sure you have your room available at 11 o clock for cleaning on the 4th day of your staying. Mrs Maria will also be resposible for handing over the keys on your arrival. She does not speak English so please be patient. Registration Details 00002777587
