New Modern First Floor Flat large private balcony

A newly built first floor flat in a safe and affluent residential part of Kingston. Local residents include prominent Jamaican athletes, politicians and foreign ambassadors. A newly decorated two bedroom, two bathroom flat with private balcony and veranda. Perfect for groups, families and those with children. The grounds are maintained daily and full of tropical trees and colourful plants. There are also many Jamaican fruit bearing trees, the most prominent of which is the mango tree. The space Newly built flat completed in 2017, it is a first floor flat located on top of a bungalow built in the 1980s. The newly built flat has its own entrance, accessible by a sheltered staircase. Visitors must be comfortable walking up one flight of stairs. There is also mesh at the windows to prevent insects and mosquitoes entering the property. The flat also does really catch a nice breeze and so is rather cool when windows are open. Both bedrooms have remote controlled air conditioning and one bedroom also has a ceiling fan. There is also a large ceiling fan in the living room, so keeping cool shouldn’t be a problem! The bedrooms also have built-in wardrobes with plenty of space for clothes and shoes. Both bathrooms are both fully tiled and have large spacious showers. There is a large garden which runs all the way around the property, this garden is maintained daily by the resident gardener. It is a great place to explore with many tropical trees and plants, many of which are fruit bearing as my Grandad is a big believer in eating home grown organic food! The garden is very spacious, as I child I enjoyed playing football and cricket in the garden with my Uncle and older cousins. As an adult I still enjoy exercising in the garden when on holiday in Jamaica and find there is enough space to do so without restriction. Free access to wifi, generator electricity - so no power cuts and good drainage meaning no problems with flooding. The flat also has its own drive way which can hold up to two cars. Guest access The guests have exclusive access to the kitchen, bathrooms, private balcony, veranda and a dedicated driveway which can hold two cars. Guests can come and go as they please as they will have access to the electric gate. Guests are welcome to park one car for free on the driveway for the duration of their stay. The majority gardens of the property are accessible to guests. These are shared with my Grandparents who own the property, the resident gardener and my cousin aged 38 who also lives on the property (he works full-time so is hardly there Monday to Friday). The front gate and garden areas are the only facilities shared with permanent residents. Other things to note We charge a late check in fee of $25US. If you want the apartment cleaned while you’re here, we charge $35US. The clean will include sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces and taking out trash.
