Cozy country house - Entire house with pool

Super cozy (entire) country house. It is in a super well located place (downtown), but the impression is of being isolated: we hear the sound of macaws, birds, etc. It unites the tranquility and peace of the countryside with mobility, as it is close to everything... The sounds of nature and the rural climate bring that pleasant calm. Everyone who wants to stay will be very welcome and we are very pleased to share our place with you. Note: The house is exclusive to guests, but my family lives on the property. The space There is a balcony at the entrance of the house with flower boxes and a coffee table. Entering the house, we see the spacious living room and bathroom. The kitchen is an open concept. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, two of which are en-suites with a fan. Suite 1 has a queen-size bed and there is the house's TV (smart TV - you can log in to your streaming services). In En-Suite 2, we have three single beds. Bedroom 3 has three single beds. The house also has a gourmet/barbecue area. The barbecue is modular and no smoke comes down into the house (it has a chimney and it works great hehehe!). If you prefer to barbecue in the pool, we have a tiny charcoal barbecue that we can offer. The house is fully furnished and equipped. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, oven, electric sandwich maker, pressure cooker, common pots, kitchen utensils (dishes, cutlery, containers, etc.), water purifier that freezes, cloth coffee strainer, coffee bottle, blender, etc. We provide bed and bath linens (1 per guest). The property has three more houses, one where my daughter lives, one where my mother lives and another where my son lives. The pool is in the common area of the site, but at the disposal of guests. We have two Wi-Fi networks (from Oi, 15 megabytes (not fiber, it's radio) - the other 300 megabytes from AllRede). We have a food delivery app that delivers here and has plenty of options. Guest access The entire house (accessed only by guests) and swimming pool (located in a common area, but available to guests). Other things to note The nightly rate changes with number of people. Guests' visitors can only enter the property with the owner's permission and a “Day Use” fee of R$ 70 per person, and the number is limited (check with the owner in advance).
