Built in 1911, this charming property blends historic character with modern comfort — all within a block’s walk of the Garland Theatre, coffee shops, vintage stores, restaurants, and local bars. With four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and three stories of living space, this home is perfect for families, groups, or Gonzaga parents visiting students. The space You'll enter through the front door using your reservation-specific smart lock code for a seamless self check-in. The main floor offers a spacious living room with a Smart TV and Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen perfect for home-cooked meals, and two bedrooms — the master and a second bedroom, both with queen-sized beds. A modern bathroom completes this level for added comfort. Downstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed, along with a convenient office area that includes a dedicated workspace and a full-size futon. This level also houses the laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as a second full bathroom. Upstairs, the fully finished attic serves as a kid-friendly zone, featuring a twin trundle bed with an additional pullout mattress, a pack-and-play, a selection of board games and books, and a Whynter portable AC/heating unit to keep the space comfortable year-round. Step outside to a cozy backyard featuring a covered patio, Adirondack chairs, and string lights that create an inviting space for morning coffee, evening chats, or simply soaking up Spokane’s charm. Sleeps 6 comfortably, can accommodate up to 8 guests with a $20 per person, per night fee after 6. To preserve the home’s peaceful atmosphere, no pets are allowed. No parties/events. No smoking/vaping. Please note: our rates are firm and we do not offer discounts. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, including all three levels. Please note: the garage is off-limits, and the home is not wheelchair accessible due to stairs. Other things to note The Garland House is located at a cross-street in Spokane’s Garland District, so you may occasionally hear the typical sounds of city life and neighborhood activity.
