The space This chalet has it all! Completely renovated, each space has been optimized, especially the attic areas. The living room is perfect, with its sofa area and flat screen TV. The dining area is ideal for meeting at any time of the day, whether to eat, work or play, depending on your activities of the day! An electric fireplace adorns one of the walls of this warm room. The kitchen is optimized for a well thought-out space. The central island is perfect for gathering around a coffee or a glass of wine. Everything here is functional and no space is wasted! On the same floor, a bathroom with shower includes a washer-dryer area. Outside, take full advantage of the terrace, the 4-season hot tub and the BBQ in summer, not to mention the dock and direct access to the pretty St-François River, which runs along the grounds before reaching Lake Louise nearby. In the basement you will find two bedrooms with queen size beds. If you have guests, you can accommodate them in the living room, which also includes a double sofa bed.
