Book your stay and make it yours! Guest access Guests will be met in person on arrival by one of our Hosts. A one use access code will be provided prior to arrival that will allow guests to access the Estate at the security controlled entrance. The Estate is access controlled, on arrival guests will be accompanied to the Concierge Office, located at the Lifestyle Centre, where bio-metric registrations will be done. This will give you access to the Estate during your stay as well as all the additional amenities at the Lifestyle Centre. Other things to note To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all guests, please take note of the following: 🪪 Check-In Requirements All guests are required to present valid identification (ID or passport) upon check-in. The person who made the booking must be present at check-in. 👥 Guest Policy Only registered guests included in the booking are permitted to stay overnight. If you'd like to invite friends or family over for lunch or dinner, please inform your host in advance. 🚭 No Smoking Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the apartment. Please note: The use or smoking of marijuana is not permitted anywhere on the property and may result in immediate eviction. 🧹 Long-Term Stays For bookings of a month or longer: Electricity & Water usage is for your own account, there are recharge meters inside the apartment, vouchers can be purchased online through your banking app and are easily loaded to the meters.
