You’ll have a great time at this very comfortable and private place. The space Very comfortable and clean 2 bedroom house conveniently located in town. We strive to keep it in immaculate state so that everyone that stays has a quality experience! This is the perfect place for business travelers, family with kids or someone who needs a cool space to relax, sleep and unwind. GUESTS: This place comfortably accommodates a group up to 6. Even though there are only two bedrooms (that accommodates 2 guest each). We have a laundry room with a full size bed, giving us the opportunity to comfortably host another guest! (Shown on the pictures) A 6th person could stay on the queen size pull out sofa bed. BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2 : Queen Bed | Additional Sleeping: Queen size pull out couch & a twin size bed (located in the laundry room). Each bedroom has a QUEEN size bed with soft linens and plenty of space to spread out. AIR CONDITIONING: We provide a total of 5 great working air conditioners in the house. 1 in the Living room, 1 in each bedroom, 1 in the kitchen and another a/c in the laundry room. Our A/C works well in the summer months to keep you cool. We ask that you please turn off the A/C units anytime you leave the house. HEATING: We have a great working propane monitor heater that keeps the house quite toasty and we also provide 3 extra infrared heaters for each bedroom and the laundry room. KITCHEN Our kitchen is stocked with basics for your stay. It includes: a farmhouse style cast iron sink, brand new stainless steel appliances - refrigerator, cooking stove/oven and over the range microwave - installed in January 2022! We also provide a Keurig coffee maker, 4 slice toaster, Ninja blender, all eating utensils, cups and plates. AMENITIES: Generous quantities of linens, comforters, blankets and soft high-quality towels. LAUNDRY ROOM: We have a spacious laundry room with a Full size mattress. ENTERTAINMENT: There are four 55” Flat screen TVs with NETFLIX and HULU included! Frontier internet access. There is a propane BBQ grill outside. KIDS/BABIES: This place is suitable for children. We have a box filled with toys along with a variety of coloring books and puzzles that will keep your little one busy! A baby crib is available for those traveling with small children. We can also provide a high chair (only upon request) at time of booking. Our goal is to make your stay more easy and convenient! LOCATION This house is conveniently located in town. It’s located in a great neighborhood with nice, quiet and friendly neighbors. A very short drive to an astounding number of amenities and sites - The Arrow head golf course is less than a 3 min drive. (0.8mi). The local Holiday Market and Tesla charging station is just a few blocks away from the location. We are very close to a Disc Golf course, which is only 0.4 of a mile (located by the elementary school). The Hospital at 0.6 of a mile and there is a public swimming pool that is about a half of a mile away! SIGNS 🪧 We have polite signs & instructions posted. We ask to please follow these instructions. Please note that these reminders are not intended to offend you. If you have a questions regarding any sign, please feel free to reach out to us PARKING The house has a 2 car garage that is NOT included since it’s being used for storage. Parking is available on the property. No need to park on the street! SECURITY CAMERAS Even though we are in a great neighborhood with nice neighbors, we do have security cameras around the house for your piece of mind. (1 in the front porch, 1 in the parking area, 1 in the side of the house, 1 in the other side of the house and 1 in the back of the house) Please do NOT adjust, remove, cover or unplug the security camera. YARD: We have someone mowing the lawn in a bi-weekly basis. You will occasionally see us around the house doing some outside work/maintenance. ALL OCCUPANTS MUST BE ON THE RESERVATION: Please make sure you have selected the appropriate amount of guests staying in the airbnb with your reservation. (This includes babies and kids). Any additional guests that have NOT been pre-approved prior to your booking will result in a $20/per guest per night violation fee. This is a house rule. SMOKING: NO smoking or vaping inside the house. We do however have a cigarette butt receptacle outside for you to use. (You will be charged a $250 fee if you break this rule). PETS: NO PETS ALLOWED THE PROPERTY. You will be charged with a $120 fee per pet and be asked to leave the house WITHOUT a refund. GARBAGE: There are garbage cans located outside of the house. For longer stays, keep in mind that the trash must be in the garbage can by 8am Thursday morning so Waste Management can pick it up. PLEASE READ ALL OUR HOUSE RULES: We also have the strict house rules posted at the entrance of the house and any additional house rules located in our welcome book. BREAKING ANY HOUSE RULE MAY LEAD TO IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. Guest access Guests can access the home with a private entrance and key box. In consideration of the Covid-19 crisis worldwide, we are ensuring that all the common-touching points are sanitized during the space’s cleaning process. Our standard check-in and out processes remain, with a key box programmed with a code that we will provide you prior to your arrival. This ensures that you will not have to be in physical contact with anyone for your check-in and out process!
