One-story house with bedroom, living room/dining room for up to 6 people. I don't rent to groups of young people. You can go to the beach in the morning and enjoy the pool or take a nap in the hammock in the afternoon. It's our summer house, so it's all new or preserved and nothing smells musty or is broken. We follow Airbnb's five-step cleaning process, which is based on Airbnb's cleaning manual that was developed in partnership with experts. Every room is cleaned and sanitized before guests enter. We have additional cleaning products available so you can clean the space during your stay if you feel it is necessary. To rent, you agree to leave it as you found it, as clean as possible, tidy as it was, locked, and with the garbage out. Because it is a residential neighborhood, we ask that you do not play loud music, especially at night. Ceiling fans in the living room/kitchen. The normal reservation is for up to 5 people. In the case of one more person, an extra guest will be charged (R$ 100 per night). Bring your bed linen, bath towels, toiletries, and dish towels. We have Wi-Fi internet (500Mb fiber). ATTENTION: The internet/Wi-Fi service is courtesy of the house (the daily rate has not increased due to the internet). Its operation depends exclusively on the operator and we cannot guarantee 100% of its stability. In case of malfunction, we will contact the service provider, but the repair depends on the time elapsed. It is rare, but there may be occasional power outages and construction noise in the neighborhood. The cleaning fee is used for property maintenance, grass cutting and pool treatment. When the guest decides to rent, he/she must be aware and agree that he/she must return the house in the same tidy condition in which it was found (we accept the house dirty, but not messy), so we ask that the furniture, chairs, kitchen items and all other objects of the house be put back in their original place. Dishes, pots and cooking utensils must be washed and stored when the guest leaves the house. Garbage must be placed in the sidewalk garbage bin when the guest leaves the house. There are two security cameras, one facing the door of the house and the second facing the engine room. The cameras are fixed and have motion detection (images in the photos).
