Beautifully located in Mölle ! Terracce with partial sea view. From the 1960s-cabin, you can enjoy direct access to the Nature Reserve and its hiking paths (literally 5 metres). Here you can enjoy privacy and a private garden, with a terrace facing south with sun from morning to evening. You can easily walk down to the village centre, harbour (7 minutes) or to the beach in Solviken with children’s pool (10 minutes). Private parking is included. Mølle, Molle, Höganäs, Hoganas The space Terrace with dining area and partly sea view, kitchen, with all utilities needed for cooking and dining bathroom with shower, 3 bedrooms, comfortably fits 5 persons. Summer / Vacation Home build in 1964 and only one family owning it prior to us buying it in 2023. The house is of 1960-standards (typical Scandinavian vacation home with all essentials, but no luxury) and the location is its primary asset. A gem for people interested in nature and active life. During cold or rainy days we enjoy the fireplace, with woods from the garden. Guest access You will have the cabin for yourself, and no one else are staying on the premises, with a garden - land area 1000 sqm with a slight incline from the street level to the forest. Parking is at street level, approx 40 metres from the entrance door. Other things to note If you need anything during your stay, please contact us on the number provided in the cabin.
