Sunny is 1 level, 4 bedroom, 3 full bath pool home that sleeps 12. Fully equipped with amenities to make you feel right at home. Enjoy our private backyard with heated pool, 7 seat hot tub, BBQ Grill and cushy seating. Boaters welcome! Our large driveway fits your truck and trailer! The space Home sleeps 12, or 10 adults max -Master, King Bedroom w/ en-suite, TV designated workspace, private access to patio with pool & hot tub and walk in closet with pack play, portable bassinet and highchair. - Blue room, King bed w/ TV and twin sleeper futon chair for child under 12. - Pink room, King bed w/ TV and laptop desk - Yellow room, Queen bed w/ TV, laptop desk and twin sleeper futon chair for children under 12. -3 full baths, one with direct pool access -Large family room open to kitchen and pool access -Bonus sitting/game room with TV, queen sleeper sofa and pool access -There are a total of 4 access doors to back patio with seating, BBQ grill, heated pool and brand new 7 person hot tub, swimmies/floaties/baby float, swim vests and pool toys. -Garage access with washer, dryer, sauna, 2 adult bikes and beach supplies (wagon, umbrella, 4 chairs and sand toys). -Large driveway for boaters! Fits truck, trailer and 3 additional vehicles. *Note our pool is heated all year keeping our temps at 86 degrees or higher depending on the time of year. Guest access Guests will have entire home to themselves. Guests are emailed a welcome letter 3 days before arrival with directions and key code. This home is not for large gatherings or parties. The exterior property is monitored by a doorbell camera and driveway camera. For privacy there are NO cameras inside the home or on the pool/spa area. Other things to note Pets are subject to pre-approval and fees of $100 per pet. Guests are allowed 1 dog any size OR or 2 dogs under 30lbs. Please inquire with pet information prior to booking. Minimum age it rent is 25. Booking guests is required to sign a rental agreement, provide a valid ID and supply a security deposit hold (processed separately off site through vilano101prior to arrival). Golf Carts are available to rent for additional fee. Enjoy cruising around the neighborhood, to nearby restaurants, park, or beach access in a choice of 6 seat or 4 seat golf carts. Carts are booked separately, off site through property manager.
