Quiet neighborhood and safe neighborhood. Lower part: - 1 bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. - 1 full bathroom. - Living room with sofa bed for 2 people and television with Netflix and Prime Video. - Dining room with table and 6 chairs. - Air-conditioning in the bedroom and living rooms. - Kitchen equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, electric kettle, coffee maker and all the essential utensils of a house (dishes, glasses, cutlery, cups, pots, pans and the like). - We also leave Oil, Salt and Spices from Chef Lizi for those who enjoy cooking. Upper Part: - 1 bedroom with a double bed, wardrobes and air-conditioning. - 1 full bathroom. - 1 bedroom with two single beds, wardrobes and air-conditioning. - Laundry with washing machine and tank. - Clothesline. In addition, we have: - Garage for one car. - Barbecue space. - Fast Wi-Fi, great for home office. - Towels and bed linens according to the number of guests. Additional Information: - Voltage in the outlets is 220V. - We do not replace towels and bed linens. We leave the items according to the number of guests. Guest access - Easy check-in with a lockbox at the entrance. - On the day of your stay, we'll reach out to you to check in. You must send your documents and those of all other guests on the reservation.
