Other things to note • Multi-level home: Our home is four stories with no elevator. 2 of the 4 bedrooms (the master bedroom and one queen bedroom) are located on the third floor. • Early check-in / late check-out: Available upon request for $50 per hour, subject to availability. • Air mattress: Please let us know before check-in if you’d like the air mattress prepared for your stay (available only upon request). • Pack ’n Play: Please let us know before check-in if you’ll need a Pack ’n Play for your infants or babies. 📌 For the safety and well-being of all guests, the fireplace is temporarily turned off for scheduled maintenance. The home is fully equipped with central heating, ensuring it stays warm and comfortable throughout your stay. REQUIREMENTS ✔ Security Deposit: A $300.00 security deposit is required to access the property. The hold on your deposit will not take place until 2 days before arrival and will be released 2 days after departure provided that there's no damage to the property. Please ensure the deposit is provided promptly to avoid any issues before check-in. HOUSE RULES • No smoking within the premises (inside the house or the garage) – $300 fee per occurrence • No parties or events • Only registered guests allowed. No overoccupancy. • No pets. Sorry, we love pets, but we don't allow pets at the property. ✔ Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is after 4 PM 🕓, and check-out is by 10 AM. ✔ Quiet Hours: Respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. ✔ Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay.
