Brand new, spotlessly clean, spacious & stylish city accommodation for up to 8 guests! Perfectly connected (public transportation directly in front of the door). On foot & by subway/bus only 10 minutes to Allianz-Arena, 18 min. to Marienplatz or Garching Research Center! The space This beautiful city quarter not only impresses with its open and unusual layout! The entrance is on the street side and you can drive your car (via the sidewalk) right up to the apartment door and park there (there are also 2 duplex parking spaces in the building's own underground garage available exclusively for a fee). As you enter the apartment, you look into the spacious, bright and futuristic-looking dining area. From here you enter the first bedroom (it may be the smallest, but it faces the street), which, like all three bedrooms, has design elements and the charm of an alpine hut. The path to the living room leads past the kitchenette (fully equipped, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, French press, multifunction hot air microwave grill instead of oven, induction hob, hand blender, toaster, ...) and the entrance to the first bathroom, which is divided into 3 areas with frosted glass doors. The living room is located in the middle of the apartment and is separated from the dining area by a central wall element. The two couches in the living room are actually beds (same test winner mattresses as in the other beds in the apartment), whose functionality has been extended by adding backrests (smart!) Both in the living room and in the dining area, our guests have a smart TV (55') and a bluetooth radio at their disposal. From the living room you have direct access to the 2nd bathroom (divided into 2 areas), as well as the two rear bedrooms, overlooking the quiet and jungle-like backyard. The apartment does not have air conditioning, but due to its orientation and location it does not heat up much in summer and has a good ventilation system that can be switched on if necessary. In addition, there are insect screens on all windows and the 4 bedroom windows facing the courtyard allow plenty of fresh air into the apartment in summer.
