They are located near the outside of the front door. There are NO cameras inside. A Noiseaware decibel device is present and measures the noise level in the unit. Note: there may be some noise transference in the units as a result of the building design. Unit Rules: • NO SMOKING inside the property. All guests must dispose of cigarette butts in a specified container and thrown out off the property. **Smoking indoors will result in a $1500.00 fine. Removing smoke smell and nicotine from the walls is an extremely time intensive process.** • NO PARTIES. **There is a $3000.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.** • NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS inside the property at anytime. All guests must be registered for liability purposes. **A surcharge of $25.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory is scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.** We are happy to welcome pets at our Airbnb, subject to size limitations. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, please let us know in advance if you will be bringing a pet. Failure to disclose a pet may lead to the cancellation of your reservation. The following additional PER PET cleaning fee applies: 1 - 4 Nights: $25.00 Per Night. 5-29 Nights: $200 Flat Rate. 30+ Nights: $300 Flat Rate. There is a $200 charge for replacing the keys to the unit if they are damaged or misplaced.
