The space is located perfect for Doctors on rotations, students and professionals visiting the University of Cincinnati as well as vacationing travelers in town for events and to explore our rapidly developing city and entertainment districts. If you require the 2nd bedroom please contact me before booking so that I can send a special offer to include this addition of $15/night The space The space is the 3rd floor of our home with a seperate back entrance for 24 hour access.There are no shared spaces with the exception of the laundry room and entrance hall to the apartment. You will have to climb 3 full flights of stairs so please consider if you have mobility issues. Guest access Parking is on street but our quiet treelined street generally has plenty of parking close to the house if not right in front. This unit has its own central air so you will have your own thermostat to control the climate. Other things to note The IC shuttle has a pick up and drop off just beyond the end of our block. There are also Red Bike Kiosks for traveling just beyond walking distance. The metro bus is also located just beyond our block for travel all over town. Several restaurants are located within easy walking distance and if you plan to make use of the kitchen to cook meals there is a wonderful local market within easy walking distance as well.
