Guests may continue to use the loading zone across from the office upon arrival to unload their vehicles but must move and park in the designated lot across the street afterward. This home is not pet friendly and unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or anywhere on the property, including cigarettes, marijuana/cannabis, vaping devices, e-cigarettes, and other smoking substances. A $250 fine will be charged for any violation of this policy.
