Enjoy the privacy of your own queen room and bath in a clean, modern home, just about 1 mile outside South Charlotte. We live on a quiet cul de sac, that is also very close to shopping, I-485, South Carolina line, 25 mins to airport, 35 mins to Uptown, and other great Charlotte attractions! You will also have access to our backyard oasis, including an in-ground swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, screened in patio, hammock, and lots of flowers! The space Your room is fully equipped with a queen bed, desk, smart TV with antenna (feel free to log into Hulu/Netflix etc), full bathroom and large walk in closet. Your room has all the essentials, but if you need anything else, don't hesitate to ask! Downstairs - Help yourself to tea, Keurig coffee, or French press coffee. Sugar, coffee, and tea available by coffee pot. Help yourself to cream or milk in the fridge. - Feel free to use our laundry room as needed. - We can clear a shelf in the fridge if you think you will be needing it. We have a 2nd fridge in the garage so it is easy for us to make room! - Feel free to use kitchen for preparing light meals. Help yourself to dishes and utensils. - Enjoy a meal wherever you like including the dining room,, dinette table off the kitchen, patio set outside, or table in the screened in "she shed." - Pool is available to use anytime (closed Oct-late spring). Towels are available in your room. Chair cushions, pillows and hammock are available in the plastic bin by the pool. Guest access Guest suite, outdoor amenities, kitchen (indoor and outdoors), pool, laundry room, and half bath downstairs. During your stay We will not be home during your stay. Don't hesitate to contact us at ANY time if you have questions, need help with something, or are simply looking for recommendations. Other things to note We have provided a Dohm white noise maker for light sleepers. We do have an energetic toddler who is awake around 7am.
