It`s a terrific residential area with 2 parking spots in the driveway and additional overflow parking for one extra vehicle, yet close to restaurants and activities in Destin. The neighborhood is about 900 yds from Crystal Beach, or hop on the free, seasonal trolley. *This property is NOT AVAILABLE for rent to those under the age of 21.
