Welcome to Green Molina, an ecological tiny house within the Villa Molina property, nestled in the beautiful setting of Faggeto Lario, on the eastern shore of Lake Como. This modern and minimalist structure is designed to offer a comfortable and eco-friendly refuge for its guests.  As soon as you enter, you are greeted by a bright and spacious living room, characterised by an open-space design that harmoniously integrates the living area and the kitchen. The sofa offers a comfortable space to relax, while the dining table for two is perfect for intimate lunches and dinners. The kitchen is equipped and complete with the latest appliances in the highest energy class (dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and refrigerator). A large window overlooks the surrounding garden, offering a relaxing view and a feeling of continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces. Going up to the mezzanine, you will find a large double bed where you can rest during your nights. The bathroom has a modern shower and bidet, while the laundry room with washer-dryer allows you to comfortably manage your clothes during your stay. The entire house is air-conditioned to ensure maximum comfort in every season. The garden is an oasis of tranquillity, with a patio furnished with comfortable deckchairs and a table for two people, ideal for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun or romantic dinners under the stars. Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.  We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast. Free Wi-Fi available.  Smoking is strictly prohibited.  Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited. Although there is no private parking, a public car park is located nearby, providing easy access for guests arriving by car. Please note: it is not possible to get to the front of the house by car; it can only be reached by walking (5 minutes) through the village! Access: Please be reminded that you will enter the apartment by doing a SELF CHECK-IN.  An e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS (including a step-by-step guide) on how to access the apartment autonomously will be sent to you after you successfully complete the online registration.  In case of need, our customer service is ready to assist you from 8am to 10pm by phone, email or WhatsApp. What's nearby:  The Green Molina is located in the small village of Faggeto Lario, overlooking the waters of the picturesque Lake Como. This place offers an ideal base for exploring the wonders of the region, while providing a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Just a 25-minute drive away is the bustling city of Como, with its charming squares, elegant shops and rich cultural history. A short drive away, the Lido di Faggeto invites guests to dive into the refreshing waters of the lake or sunbathe on its shores. For water sports enthusiasts, there is WEC (Water Experience Centre), which offers water skiing, wakeboarding, SUP, jet skiing, kayaking and more. For an authentic culinary experience, just take a short walk to the 'Tipici Tipici' restaurant and pizzeria, where you can delight in traditional Italian dishes.  To further explore the beauty of Lake Como and its charming villages, Faggeto Lario offers a boat and taxi boat service, which allows guests to navigate between picturesque lakeside villages on the lake, such as Torno, Bellagio, Argegno and Menaggio, enjoying breathtaking views along the route. How to arrive:  By car: From the motorway exit A59 Provincia di Como follow the GPS for about 30 minutes, you will then be on the Strada Provinciale 43, drive along it for about 4 min (2.5km) and you will arrive at the apartment.  By public transport: Arriving at the station Como S. Giovanni take the bus C31 direction Como - S. Rocchetto for 31 min and get off at the stop Molina-Vigna, from there in about 5 minutes walk you will be in front of the apartment.
