Children under 6 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult in this space. We accept small pets, a fee of R$150.00, for up to 2 pets, 4 beach chairs. The space Exuberant nature, proximity to the beach (50 m) with easy access, from the side of the house. Safe and quiet neighborhood near the shopping center, less than a 5-minute drive, or 15 minutes on foot. Guest access Parking space on the right side of the garage, parking restricted to guests only, two spaces. Access to the garden in front of the two-suite unit. Other things to note We observe quiet hours between 11 p.m. and 9 a.m. For occasional lunch or dinner guests, a maximum of two people are allowed, with the garage being for the exclusive use of guests. The property has a balcony with a height for the lawn between 1.2 m and 1.5 m. Be careful with children under 6 years of age; the same recommendations apply to children who are not used to swimming pools.
