( The pool is closed October 2- Memorial Day Weekend) - Smart TVs have streaming apps like Netflix, etc. Feel free to log into your accounts. - Though pest control services the home at least once a month, you may still encounter wildlife in the yard and, on occasion, outdoor insects indoors. We make every effort to keep the house clean and uphold consistent pest control measures. However, due to the natural surroundings, occasional sightings or encounters may occur and do not constitute grounds for a refund or discount. - NO SMOKING INDOORS. A violation will incur a $500 fine. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts in the trash bin. - The pool/hot tub is serviced once a week during summer. Hot tub is serviced one a week year round. Service techs will enter using the backyard gate/driveway. - Yard maintenance is completed once a week. - There are 5 security cameras: one at the front door, 2 in the backyard and another at the front gate and one in the private driveway. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. Security & Connectivity Policy For the safety and security of our guests and property, security cameras are installed in the above listed areas. Tampering with, covering, unplugging, or otherwise interfering with any security cameras, Wi-Fi routers, or modems is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the property without refund. -Where we have some safety features in place, this home is not baby proofed. All children residing at the property must be under the constant supervision of a responsible adult at all times, and the adult tenant shall be fully responsible for any damages, disturbances or injuries that occur during your stay. -The property provides access to a Wi-Fi network and guests are expected to use it responsibly for standard internet activities. The host is not liable for any disruptions or issues with the connection.  - Power outage- Host is not liable for temporary power outages caused by factors beyond their reasonable control, such as utility company issues, storms, or other emergencies.  - Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit.
