The space In the peaceful, picturesque village of Poljice, in the heart of Konavle near Dubrovnik, our welcoming villa awaits—where days slow down and evenings carry the scent of the sea and Mediterranean herbs. The house is fully equipped and surrounded by a well-kept garden, with a swimming pool, sun loungers, and a children’s play area just a few steps away—ideal for families and friends. The ground floor features a bright, modern kitchen, a comfortable living/dining area, a guest WC, one bedroom, and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two additional cozy bedrooms and a second bathroom. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned; a washing machine and fast Wi-Fi are provided. A highlight of the property is the outdoor kitchen—perfect for long, cheerful gatherings. It is equipped with kitchenware, a barbecue, a spit, and a "peka" (traditional baking bell) for preparing local dishes, along with a large dining area on a covered terrace. Private parking is available in front of the house. Car is recommended for full comfort and easy exploring, private parking is available. It’s only a 10-minute drive to Molunat with its beautiful beaches, and the nearby village of Gruda (7 km) offers supermarkets, a market, a pharmacy, and restaurants. Don’t miss Cavtat, Pasjača Beach, the folklore events in Čilipi, and of course a stroll through Dubrovnik’s Old Town. Welcome!
