The space Beyond the double doors of this upper-floor luxury air-conditioned King bedroom are unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea and the entire Beyond the Sea property. Equipped with a fan in the high vaulted ceiling, a large ensuite bathroom, a walk-in shower, and an individually climate-controlled unit, guests are transported to a tranquil and modern experience. Enjoy thoughtful amenities, including a hair dryer, safe, flat-screen Smart TV, work desk with multiple outlets, Keurig machine, mini-fridge, and more. A pool spa jacuzzi combo is 30 ft away—max occupancy of 2 guests. Rollaway cot available on request. Guests can reheat their food using the microwave at the restaurant / bar area. Guest access Beyond their vacation rental, guests have access to all the common area facilities including the swimming pool, pool deck & rest rooms, dining area, waterfall garden and lookout deck with loungers. The base price includes up to 2 guests, there is a charge per night for each additional guest beyond that. Bookings must reflect the maximum number of guests who will be on the property at any point during the stay. When booking, kindly ensure you have selected the correct number of guests. - Information and IDs for all guests over 12 years must be uploaded via the Check-in Form provided after your booking is confirmed You can order food from HOSPITALITYEXPERT Deli - to collect your order, guest needs to meet the delivery person at the gate. Bar Hours: Open: Sunday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM Management reserves the right to enter an empty unit if electrical are left on. Complimentary Services House keeping - Your towel change will be on the 3rd day (if you are staying minimum 4 nights) and linen change with a light clean on the 4th day (if you are staying minimum 6 nights). Important Information •Check-out time is 11am •Strictly no smoking inside the apartment •Please close all windows and doors before switching on the A/C. This is an eco-friendly home - the AC will turn off after 3 minutes if the door or window is left open, or if the room is unoccupied for 15 minutes. •Please ensure all A/Cs, fans and electronics are turned off before you step out of the house •Kindly do not use the bath towels for pool and beach use •Kindly do not use the towels to remove makeup •Please ensure all rubbish bins (kitchen & bathrooms) are used with a garbage bag inside the receptacle •Additional garbage bags can be found in one of the kitchen drawers. •The water heater switch is located in the downstairs closet. The switch is the one on the right. Kindly turn off when not in use. •Guests who are not mentioned in the original booking are strictly not allowed on property, any additional person found on property will be asked to leave •Hanging items on the railings is strictly prohibited, please use the drying racks provided. Shuttle Schedule - Departure from Beyond The Sea: 10:00 a.m. - Return from Rose Hall Palms: 4:30 p.m. Guests are welcome to arrange their own transportation if they wish to arrive or depart outside of the scheduled shuttle times. A minimum of 2 hours' notice is required to reserve transportation through us. Visitor Policy Only the number of guests on the booking may enter the property. Should guests wish to have visitors they are required to make a request through the platform they booked on. A Government issued photo ID is required for each visitor and admission is subject to approval. Visitors are not allowed on property without prior approval. Absolutely no visitors will be allowed after 10pm. Additional guests must be added to the booking. Date Changes Date changes are allowed if booking is more than 30 days until check-in. Last minute changes only permitted if there is an Extenuating Circumstance (EC). Cancellation & Refunds All Accommodation bookings if cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in are 50% refundable only if booking was paid in full, thereafter the booking is non-refundable. All Service bookings are non-refundable. Third Party Suppliers are not permitted on our properties, all Suppliers must be from our approved list.
