The space Beyond the double doors of this upper-floor luxury air-conditioned King bedroom are unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea and the entire Beyond the Sea property. Equipped with a fan in the high vaulted ceiling, a large ensuite bathroom, a walk-in shower, and an individually climate-controlled unit, guests are transported to a tranquil and modern experience. Enjoy thoughtful amenities, including a hair dryer, safe, flat-screen Smart TV, work desk with multiple outlets, Keurig machine, mini-fridge, and more. A pool spa jacuzzi combo is 30 ft away—max occupancy of 2 guests. Rollaway cot available on request. Guest access Beyond their vacation rental guests have access to all the common area facilities including the swimming pool, pool deck & rest rooms, dining area, waterfall garden and lookout deck with loungers. Other things to note The base price includes up to 2 guests, there is a charge per night for each additional guest beyond that. When booking, kindly ensure you have selected the correct number of guests. - Information and IDs for all guests over 12 years must be uploaded via the Check-in Form provided after your booking is confirmed Menu includes delicious dishes of local Jamaican. All it takes is to let us know your favorite taste and our responsive team will prepare it for you. A nanny can also be provided at an additional fee for the parents to enjoy a romantic night at one of the award winning fine-dining restaurants proximate to the property. Should guests wish to have visitors they are required to make a request through the platform they booked on. A Government issued photo ID is required for each visitor and admission is subject to approval. Visitors are not allowed on property without prior approval. Absolutely no visitors will be allowed after 10pm. Additional guests must be added to the booking. Date Changes Date changes are allowed if booking is more than 30 days until check-in. Last minute changes only permitted if there is an Extenuating Circumstance (EC). Cancellation & Refunds All Accommodation bookings if cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in are 50% refundable only if booking was paid in full, thereafter the booking is non-refundable. All Service bookings are non-refundable.
