The space Description Villa Tramonto The villa is located on the picturesque west coast of Elba Island – not the traditional touristic destination of the island. Set on a rocky slope high above the sea, in an ABSOLUTE QUIET, it offers a unique view of the sea, up to Corsica. From the terrace you can admire every evening another beautiful spectacle of nature: the SUNSET OVER THE SEA! Bedrooms The 2-level holiday house has on the ground floor (or lower floor) with exit to the garden 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 beds (the 2nd is drawn below the upper), the upper floor with exit to the terrace is 1 another double bedroom, if necessary, there is a sofa bed in the living room, 1 baby bed is also available. The living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom are accessed via the upper panoramic terrace, while the lower two rooms can be entered via an internal staircase from the living room or via a glass patio door from the garden. Living room It is located on the upper floor with a large glass door on the terrace in front of the house. In the living room there are dining table, chairs, sitting area with sofa and armchairs and satellite TV. Kitchen New kitchen with: Fridge-freezer, 4-burner gas oven, extractor hood, electric oven, small extra oven, dishwasher, toaster, German coffee maker, Moka, kettle, kitchen utensils and all you need for preparing tasting meals. A washing machine is available. Bathrooms There is 1 bathroom on the upper level with extra large shower , sink, toilet and bidet. Garden The holiday home is surrounded by a garden of approx. 1,000 square meters where a picturesque mimosa blossoms in March. From late spring to autumn, numerous flowering oleander shrubs are eye-catching, palm trees, rosemary, evergreen Mediterranean shrubs, trees and plants grow , The property is completely fenced. Dogs are welcome, they too will find their paradise here. If you do not always want to go to the beach, you will find comfortable sun loungers in the garden. A (Weber) grill is available. The terrace around the house has a large dining table and comfortable chairs, it is covered and you can enjoy the magnificent view of the sea, on clear days, the view extends to the opposite island of CORSICA. Every evening you can watch a beautiful spectacle of nature: the sunset in the sea (Tramonto = sunset) and this is actually different EVERY EVENING. With a glass of Prosecco you can enjoy these enchanting colors from the brightest orange to the deep almost blood red, it will be guaranteed to remain in the most pleasant memory. Peculiarity From the terrace you can admire every evening another beautiful spectacle of nature: the sunset over the sea! (Tramonto means in English : Sunset) The house belongs to a small hamlet of houses, 2 km outside the village of Colle d'Orano. Colle d'Orano is located on the scenic west coast of the island, between the towns of St. Andrea (northern) and Chiessi (southern). Pets Pets are welcome,no extra charge. Nearby BATH POSSIBILITIES here you can choose between sandy, pebble beaches or rocks YOU CAN REACH ALL THE BEACHES within 5 - max. 15 minutes by car the beautiful sandy beach of the bay of FETOVAIA can be reached in 15 minutes, the beach of CAVOLI in 20 minutes drive, Chiessi (5 minutes). Chiessi has a beach with small pebbles and large, flat, smooth rocks, reaching down the sea. Here you will always find a place to enjoy the sun and the sea for whole the day. To St. Andrea (northern), there are 5 minutes drives. There you will find a sandy beach with flat rocks, similar to Chiessi. The west coast of the island is not the touristic part, and so it has crystal clear water and lot of places where you can stay alone and undisturbed.
