The first floor features a double en-suite bedroom and a room with three single beds and a private bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy. The villa has air conditioning and Wi-Fi for a more pleasant stay. Outdoors, an al fresco dining area and a BBQ create the perfect setting for cool dinners. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Situations such as nearby construction work, indoor or outdoor odors, noise from neighbors or animals in the surrounding area, as well as occasional interruptions to water or electricity supply, may occur. Additionally, due to the geographical and climatic characteristics of the region, the presence of insects is possible, despite the preventive measures in place.
