This charming 1-BR, 1.5-bath condo offers panoramic views of sparkling Lake Tahoe on one side and the majestic Carson Valley on the other. Inside, you'll find an open-plan living area with a stone fireplace, warm wood ceilings, and a spiral staircase leading to the loft bedroom. The upstairs queen bed features a bed warmer and the best sunrise views in the cabin. Downstairs, a queen sofa bed sleeps 2 more guests comfortably, plus there's an extra twin sleeper sofa in the corner. Step outside to your private balcony with an electric BBQ and a fire table — perfect for stargazing or enjoying lake sunsets. A cozy reading nook by the windows is a great spot for morning coffee. Amenities: Fast WiFi, Netflix on 2 TVs (bring your account), in-unit washer/dryer, free parking for 2 vehicles, and a community pool/spa (opening in June) on-site with Heavenly shuttle access. Please note: The loft bedroom is accessed by stairs (not suitable for those with mobility concerns). The shower ceiling is 6'5". We recommend using the provided fan for air circulation in the loft. Other things to note Hikes near 331 Tramway Drive, Stateline, NV: Van Sickle Bi-State Park Distance: 2 miles This park offers several hiking trails that cross from Nevada into California, with excellent views of Lake Tahoe. The Van Sickle Trail is moderate, and you can access a waterfall and scenic vistas of the lake and surrounding mountains. Difficulty: Moderate Highlights: Scenic views of Lake Tahoe, great for photography, a good choice for a half-day hike. ------------------------------------------------------- Castle Rock Trail Distance: 1.5 miles Description: This short but rewarding trail offers panoramic views of Lake Tahoe and the Carson Valley. It is a moderate uphill climb with rocky terrain. Difficulty: Moderate Highlights: Great for sunrise or sunset hikes, easy access, and less crowded than other Tahoe hikes. ------------------------------------------------------- Tahoe Rim Trail (Kingsbury North Trailhead) Distance: 1 mile Description: Part of the larger Tahoe Rim Trail system, the Kingsbury North Trailhead provides access to longer, more challenging hikes with breathtaking views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. You can choose to hike a section and turn around at any point. Difficulty: Moderate to difficult Highlights: Spectacular alpine scenery, wildflowers in season, and well-maintained trails. ------------------------------------------------------- Other Activities in Walking Distance: Heavenly Village Distance: 2 miles Description: Heavenly Village offers shopping, dining, and entertainment options. You can take the Heavenly Gondola up for a scenic ride to an observation deck with panoramic views of Lake Tahoe. It’s a great place for a relaxing round of golf, or you can just enjoy a meal at their restaurant with lakeside views.
