Guest access An authorized guest will have access to our entire condo unit, including amenities such as the swimming pool (with a fee), playground, picnic areas, and jogging path. Guests can also explore and relax in the elegant lobbies of all the towers. ***PARKING*** We have available Parking Space - Upon approval. Parking is available for booked guests at an additional charge of 350 per day (24hrs). We also offer daily parking rentals for unbooked guests at a rate of 350 per day. - Parking is also available in Grace Mall managed by Other Company. * Estimate rate -500 to 700 overnight. *** SWIMMING POOL*** Swimming pool is open from 6am to 10pm. Except during cleaning schedules; Monday (Lap pool) Tuesday (Kiddie pool) - Please wear proper swimming attire - Corresponding fee of Php 150/guest shall be charged on regular days and 300 during holidays. - Guest can pay at the Condo Admin office (Tower 1 - 7F) prior to pool use. Admin Office Schedule M-F 9am to 5PM and Saturday 9am to 1pm Only. **** If your booking is on the weekend, please inform us in advance so we can assist you in obtaining a pool pass, as the admin office is closed on weekends. Other things to note Grace Condominium Security Notice: The condominium has strict security policies. Only authorized guests with a Guest Pass are allowed to enter the building. As part of the security procedures, a valid ID from each guest must be surrendered upon Check in. IDs will be returned at check-out in accordance with the condominium’s house rules. ***Requirements for GUEST PASS*** -Copy of any government-issued ID / National ID of all guests. (Your ID and Guest Form will be emailed to the condo admin for acknowledgment.) *** For SAME DAY bookings or bookings made LESS THAN 42 hours in advance: --> Kindly send a copy of any government-issued ID for all guests ASAP so we can process your Guest Pass before your arrival. Late submission may result in delays during check-in. ---> SELF CHECK IN DETAILS, Guest Form & Acknowledgdment email from condo admin will be send to you 1 day before your arrival. (Kindly follow our strict self check-in guidelines to ensure a smooth and hassle-free arrival. Please review the instructions carefully and follow each step so we can verify your access properly) HOUSE RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules: --> Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of the neighbors during this time. --> Light Cooking Only: Please limit cooking to light meals only. Use of high-heat cooking methods (e.g., deep frying, grilling) is prohibited to maintain the safety and cleanliness of the unit. --> CLEAN AS YOU GO - We ask that you clean up after yourself during your stay. ***If the unit is left with excessive garbage, dirty dishes, stained linens or uncleaned areas, additional cleaning service fee may apply, starting at 500 PHP. --> Damages to Appliances/Furnitures: Any damages to the unit’s appliances or furniture will incur a fine. --> Extra Linens: There is a 300 PHP fee for additional linens. If linens are found to be stained, a 500 PHP fee will be charged. --> No Pets Allowed: For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed on the condo premises. --> No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. **Charge for Early check in or Extension** 800 for 2 to 3 hours 1000 for 3 to 5 hours 1500 for 5 to 8 hours Full rate for more than 8 hours Please note that our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and depends on whether there are existing bookings on the day of your arrival. --> For insurance and security purposes, guests can be entertained in the lobby only, under strict owner's guidance. A maximum of 3-4 people is allowed at one time. Only authorized guest with Guest Pass is allowed to enter the unit building. --> We charge 300 pesos for each additional guest. The maximum number of guests allowed is 3.
