The space Two bedrooms, one is ensuite with a queen-sized bed, and the other room also has a queen-sized bed. The guests have to use the shared toilet and bathroom with the host. It is only a walking distance from the subway stations and takes 40 min to the HonDae Uni station, and less than an hour to most destinations in the Central City of Seoul. During your stay Michael and Jenny, the husband-and-wife team behind T.U.S. (The Urban Sanctuary) in Paju, have spent a long time in Australia and New Zealand. This shared house, complete with a personal home office and living space, was born from their retirement plans. Although both are originally from Korea, Michael spent most of his life abroad, immersing himself in the cultures of Australia and New Zealand. Fortunate to find his soulmate, he and Jenny raised two beautiful daughters, always supporting their dreams. With a carpentry qualification, Michael has a diverse background in tourism and hospitality, while Jenny, a real estate agent by profession, has also worked in education and currently runs a business in New Zealand. The couple returned to Korea to spend more quality time with their family. They remain active, embracing new challenges with enthusiasm. They're thrilled to welcome guests from all over the world to Paju. Other things to note During the winter season (from late November to early March), the outdoor bathtub on the rooftop & BBQ will be unavailable for use to prevent freezing until facility improvements are completed.
