Charming cottage close to outdoor activities and swimming

Well-planned cottage with good standard with all the accessories expected - swimming area around the corner, sauna and boat (extra) for fun fishing trips in Lake Måsnaren. Large, flat garden plot that bathes in sun all day. The garden offers lovely patios, fruit trees and berry bushes. Sauna and shower and barbecue area next to the sauna. Large trampoline for the younger ones to jump on. Greenhouse and orangery to sit in on colder evenings. Room for 4-6 people (4 in the main house and 2 in the guest house). The space Main house with plenty of room even for a slightly larger family as the surfaces are maximally utilized and own small cribs are created thanks to demarcating half walls. Larger living room, dining room and kitchen with good quality and spaces. Bathroom/toilet is missing in the guest house and is available next to the sauna. Separate toilet, not with water! The living room has a 140 cm sofa bed with room for 2 people. TV and internet (Wi-Fi) and a fireplace make it very cozy. There is also air conditioning (Daikin) for both heat for cold spring/fall evenings and cooling for hot summer days. The bedroom has a 70 cm bed that can be pulled out to a double bed of 140 cm with room for 1-2 people. An area between the bedroom and living room creates a smaller room with space for one person. Dining room and kitchen that has a combined fridge/freezer, stove, oven and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes coffee maker, waffle iron, kettle, etc. A large balcony with access to a 57 cm Weber kettle grill as well as dining table and chairs for larger groups. A larger awning is available to screen the sun when it is at its strongest. The guest house has room for 2 people (2 x 90 cm beds). There is also a refrigerator for additional storage of refrigerated goods. Adjacent to the guest house is a separate toilet and sink with hot/cold water. There is also a sauna for 6 people and a shower with hot/cold water (shared water heater of 10 liters for toilet/shower). The garden is a large flat lawn of 1900 sqm with several natural places for seating groups next to the main house. Sunny location throughout the day. Apple trees and berry bushes are on the property and a barbecue area for cozy summer evenings around the fire after a lovely swim in the lake and a subsequent sauna. 
A trampoline that makes the children (as well as adults) play is available. On the property, there is a robotic lawn mower that always keeps the grass at the perfect length. Summer water from April to November from a common well in the area (potable) and access to lake water in the garden (not potable) during this period. To the beach, it is about 200 meters and to the jetty with the boat, it is about 100 meters. A bathing jetty is located between the beach and the boat jetty. With the boat, you can also get to the swimming area at Ekolsund camping if you wish or go around the lake and fish (fishing license required). The boat has oars for those who want to row and experience total silence and wildlife on the lake. Parking on the plot with room for several cars as well as a common parking lot in the area where guests can park. The main house has a total of 3-6 beds and the guest house has 2 beds.
