We are available to help with anything that might need attention during stay. Guest access Easy keyless-keypad entry. Onsite and off street parking available. There is no access to garage, storage room, or basement. Other things to note Keep in mind that there are steps to the front door. The driveway is on a hill. Some may not feel comfortable going up and down an 8% grade driveway. No pets are allowed. If pets are discovered to have been on the property, a $200 fee will be applied for additional cleaning (per 7 day stay). No smoking in the home or screen room. If the guests are discovered having smoked in the house or screen room, a $200 fee will be applied for additional cleaning. No BBQ'ing allowed in the screen room. There is no BBQ on the premises.
