The home is just minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, and shopping, with easy access to Richmond and surrounding areas. Because it's located on a main road, some traffic noise is possible, but most guests find the location and accessibility well worth it. Both bedrooms feature blackout curtains to help you unwind and sleep soundly. Guest access You will have full private access to the entire two-story home, including two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and a private balcony. The driveway is also for guest use and fits 2-3 vehicles. You'll enter through your own private entrance with a smart lock, so check-in is easy and contact-free. Other things to note The kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom, and one living area are accessible by stairs only. For guests staying 28 nights or more, we ask you to sign a standard lease agreement before check-in, in line with local guidelines. If you are planning to bring a larger vehicle like a boat, trailer, or RV, please feel free to reach out before your stay. The driveway can be a bit snug for oversize vehicles, but we are happy to help coordinate alternate parking when we can.
