Guest access The Koi Villa is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and an outdoor garden area. Living room and kitchen: - Sofa area with Smart TV with Netflix account; ceiling speaker system and bluetooth amply connection - Board games change periodically (monopoly, seahorse chess, Chinese chess, chess, Uno table, Poker, wolf cards, wooden draw...), books - Dining table area - Cooking area: oven, microwave, super speed kettle, rice cooker, basic pots & pans, dishes, chopsticks, children's dining chairs. - Cooking oil and some basic spices; tea & coffee bags; bottled water Bedrooms and toilets: - Mattresses, pillows, blankets for 2 guests per room - Toilet: towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel - Hair dryer, iron, Smart TV, air conditioner Garden area: - BBQ area with oven - Outdoor dining table set - Wicker table and chairs - Aquarium - Swing - Bicycle Internal facilities at the project: - Infinity pool and jacuzzi - Walking and cycling paths around the lake - Yoga area - Children's play area - Kite flying area with kites provided - Landscape garden around the project Other things to note 1.
