There will be a fine of up to $500 for any pets or evidence of pets found in the units if permission has not been granted. * Air conditioning is only located in a certain area in the unit. We supply one fan per non-A/C controlled room. * No smoking. * Parking clearance is 6'8". No groups, events or parties. We retain the right to refuse access or evict if this condition is not met and no refund will be provided.
