It has 2 floors with 2 bedrooms (a third bedroom will be locked unavailable to guests), a very comfortable dining area with open kitchen and direct access to pool area and ranch beside pool area. The salt water pool and the ranch may be shared with next door property, if there are guests at same time. Guest access Guests can use all the areas of the house, except a 3rd bedroom which will be locked. Important to emphasize the salt water pool and ranch in the back could be used by other people next door if there are guests in the next door property during same nights. Other things to note Pool is a salt water pool, no chlorine, which makes it more suitable for people who are allergic to aggressive chemicals, does not irritate the eyes, it improves atopic dermatitis, it goes easy on your hair, skin and swimwear. Access to Playa Mantas is walking, access to Playa Blanca can be walking through Playa Mantas, or pay extra for bracelets which will allow use of club premises (sports installations, community pool, restaurant, and private club transport to Playa Blanca)
