Welcome to our chic and comfortable 2-bedroom condo, perfectly situated next to the city's premier shopping mall SM Marilao and 10-15min away to Philippine Arena, highlighting its 2 BEDROOMS condo style equipped with 2 Airconditioning Units that provides a more comfortable sleep at night for families and group of staying guests. Note: Parking reservation is required. Kindly message the Host first on the availability. The space The space Situated in the Premier mid-rise condominium in Marilao, Bulacan - a Scandinavian inspired, cozy and relaxing ambiance. Located at SMDC Cheer Residences which is beside SM Marilao. This unit is a FULLY furnished condo unit that can accommodate the whole family or group of friends looking for a place to stay. THE SPACE: Has a dedicated living room with a 65 INCHES G00gle T.V., 3-seater sofa, closed 2-bedroom space with spacious wardrobe, kitchen area with complete basic appliances and wares, and dining are with 4-seater dining table. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT: Group of 3 or 4, each of you can sleep comfortably with our 2 Bedrooms composed of a full-double-size bed and a single-size bed. WORK ERRANDS? Connect with our fast internet (Converge) SWIMMING? The building has a direct access to the swimming pool (1st floor). MOVIE MARATHON? You can watch your favorite series or anime on G00gle TV - Netflix and Disney+. 24/7 Security, Clean and Safe. Walking distance to the SM Marilao where you can "dine, play, watch and shop" anytime. Home Cooking? We have complete basic cooking wares, utensils, and use our induction cooker. As a complimentary, we provide bottled water, coffee/creamer/sugar, and Amenity Kits. Clean bath towels and indoor slippers are also available! We also offer a hassle-free check-in process - Self-check-in wherein you only need an access passcode for our main door equipped with smart lock. Guest access BOOKING PROCESS: After booking, the host will ask for the names of the staying guests and atleast 1 valid ID for Guest Authorization as part of the Condo Policy. If you’ll bring motor/car, car details will be asked as well. Please note that the Host is not liable in case the Guests were not able to get inside the Cheer residences due to absence of Guest Authorization resulted from non-submission of required information. On the other hand, late submission will also constitute to indefinite waiting time at the main gate as we need to prepare and hand-over the Guest Authorization personally to the main gate. INSIDE THE CONDO UNIT: All the appliances, furniture and fixtures, wares, utensils and open cabinets can be accessed by the Guests except on locked & passcode drawers/cabinets. Other things to note Swimming Pool: The pool fee/head is P150 for weekdays and P300 during holidays. Direct payment to the Condo Admin Office upon accessing the pool while advance payment is needed if your stay falls under weekend (No Office during the weekend). It can be refunded if it case not utilized. Bath Towels and Blankets: For extra bath towels and blankets, you may request extra at P100/pc. For a longer stay (> 10 days, a request for an additional set of towels/blankets is free Just inform us of the request for an additional 1 day before check-in day to include in the preparation. PARKING: P250/P300 per 22 hours depending on the parking slot and prior reservations is required. For bookings more then 30 days, excessive use of electricity / water that leads to DRASTIC INCREASE from the average utility bills (past 6 months) will be charged the incremental amount to the Guest. We highly promote conservation of water and electricity specially when not in use. In the event of utility outage, the Host is not responsible for any loss of utility usage or inability to access amenities including water, hot water, electricity, Wi-Fi, fans, air-conditioning, television, cooking equipment, lights ability to charge devices, and other related things that will be affected by this sudden outage. No refunds will be issued for utility loss due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances from the utility companies For SMDC Cheer Residences, Guests are allowed to entertain visitors inside the unit but should be picked-up at the main gate and be accompanied always while inside the SMDC Cheer Residences. As per Condo Policy, up to 4 staying Guests (excluding baby/kids) is allowed to stay inside the unit. Thus, overstaying visitors are not allowed. Guest shall allow the PROPERTY MANAGER access the property for purposes of repair, inspection or emergency. PROPERTY MANAGER shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner by giving prior notice and acknowledged by the Guest (unless in case of emergency). If Guest refuses to allow access to owner or any agent designated by owner, the owner reserves the right to terminate the GUESTs vacation rental and GUEST will immediately vacate the premises upon demand by owner and GUEST will forfeit the rental payment. If the Guest allowed the Property Manager or any assigned personnel to access the property for purposes of repair, inspection or emergency, the Guest is expected to perform actions to safekeep all its belongings and will not held the Property Manager/ Assigned Personnel for any lost/damages of the personal belongings. The Lee Portum Condo Units are managed under the Homestay PH by Lee Portum, a property management business duly registered in DTI and BIR. We issue official BIR receipts for official business requirements.
