Unauthorized Events or Parties: -Guests are strictly prohibited from hosting parties or unauthorized events during their reservation. -Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty charge of $500. 2. No Smoking Policy: -Smoking is not permitted within the premises, including rooms, common areas, and balconies. -Any evidence of smoking within the property will result in a penalty charge of $500. 3. Unauthorized late check outs or extension - Guests are not allowed to stay beyond their check out time unless authorized in advance. - Any unauthorized late check out, we will charge a late check out fee of $200. 4. Refundable Security Deposit -We will pre-authorize a $500 security deposit on your card one day prior to your check-in. Please note, this is not a charge but a temporary hold. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, provided there are no damages, missing items, or violations of our house rules. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these rules. These guidelines are in place to maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all guests. For the safety of all guests and the property, the fireplace and grill may not be used during your stay.
