This Queen Ann Victorian farm house was built in 1869. It is surrounded by a 500-acre nature preserve and connects to a 2.5-mile trail but is also just 10 minutes from shopping and restaurants. It is 12 miles from Indiana University's Sample Gates and 11 miles from McCormick's Creek State Park. The Foster Suite is entered from the porch and can house up to 2 adults and 2 children. The room has a private full bathroom, smart tv, mini-fridge, microwave, etc. The space Enjoy the 3.5 acre property with several outdoor spaces including a wrap-around porch, picnic shelter and fire pit. The living room has a fireplace and large screen television. The dining room has a coffee/tea bar. Guest access The Foster Suite is equipped with a key code to lock and unlock the door. Entry is from the porch and is private. During your stay If there are other guests and your selected breakfast times overlap, you may interact with other guests at breakfast in the dining room. The suite has its own entrance and bathroom, so you will not interact with other guests (beyond breakfast) unless you choose to do so. Other things to note The Foster Suite has a smart t.v., a mini-fridge with water bottles, a microwave with popcorn, an iron and ironing board, a fan, a sound machine, a suitcase stand, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, a hair dryer, towels and washcloths, etc.
