For public transport, the TTC bus stop is a min walk, & Long Branch Go station is 5 min drive The space This is a semi-detached house with two complete units: the main floor and the second floor, which together form one unit for our Airbnb guests, and the basement, which is a separate unit. The basement is not accessible and not for air bnb guests. Please note that all the images in the listing are for the Airbnb guests' areas, and there are no shared spaces between the two units. For long term guests;You might occasionally see the host or co-host in the backyard, but this area is exclusively for guests to enjoy. They may be there to tidy up the space. The basement unit has its own private entrance and is completely separate. The owner lives in the basement and will ensure a quiet environment during your stay. Guest access Guest House: Guest will have access to the main and the second floor, backyard, private deck & the driveway for 2 free parking spots. Guests are responsible to replenish the consumable items once the initial supply is finished.We don’t restock. 3.Not to use the house address as your mailing address .For daily purchases where delivery is expected to be within your stay ,the address can be used.We are not responsible for any mails /deliveries that’s comes after your check out. 4.We have one high chair and a playpen .please communicate with us if u need them and we will keep them in the house. 5.Only small pets and max two pets are allowed. Each pet is charged $cad 50 per booking ,so if you are bringing two pets please make sure you have paid cad $100 . 6.Breaking house rules are not tolerated and may lead to termination of your booking with zero returns of your unspent nights.
