Other things to note •This is a 3-story townhome with stairs; •Maximum Occupancy: 6; •Parking: 2 cars allowed. During snowfall, street parking is not allowed due to snow removal. All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so plows can operate. •No pets (Family Allergies); •Guest access fees apply per person, per day, and are subject to change. See the NPOA Rec Center website for details; •Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May; •Winter travel requires snow tires and 4WD/AWD, or chains; •Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 7 AM per Placer county regulations; •Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation. -The Dumpster Site is located on Northstar Drive, just 1.2 miles down the road from the Recreation Center. A NPOA Member or Guest Card is required to access the site. It is open daily from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your care and contribution to preserving the beauty and safety of our mountain environment! ⚠️ Gold Bend Construction Notice A community-wide pathway replacement project is currently underway in Gold Bend and will run through mid-October as part of neighborhood improvements. Work takes place on weekdays from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and may include construction activity, equipment use, daytime noise, and occasional pathway access changes depending on the project phase. We’re sharing this advance notice so it may be considered prior to booking, as intermittent construction activity may be present in different areas of the community on weekdays throughout this period. Please take this into account when planning your stay. 🧸 Convenient Local Baby Gear Rentals in Tahoe Traveling with little ones is easier with convenient baby gear rentals available locally in Tahoe. Guests may arrange rentals independently with a third-party provider by searching for “Tahoe Truckee Baby” and coordinating delivery details directly. Availability, pricing, and delivery are managed by the provider, and all rental costs are the responsibility of the guest. You can schedule drop off and pick up around your reservation dates. ⚠️ Wildlife Notice Please note that this home is located in North Lake Tahoe, where wildlife, including bears, may be present. Bear sightings are not uncommon in the area and can occur even when no food or attractants are left outside.
