This new stylish apartment is centrally located within walking distance of popular Beaufort Street, buzzing Northbridge and less than 3kms to the city with both train and bus options close by. The spacious and comfortable abode has high loft ceilings, a flood of natural light, designer furniture and is self contained with full kitchen & laundry facilities. It's at the rear of the property with its own street entrance seperate to the front house. The space This beautifully styled apartment has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. As you enter at ground level, there is a set of stairs leading you up to the cleverly designed spacious area with city views and leafy vistas. There is a well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and coffee machine, dining table for 4, study nook & comfortable lounge which can sleep a "small" third person. There is also a 50'' 4K Smart TV where you can access your own accounts, ie Netflix, amazon Prime and suitable Wifi. Off the living area is a bedroom with queen bed and built in cupboards as well as sizeable bathroom with walk in rain shower head, toilet and washing machine. All areas are serviced by a split system air-conditioning unit and there is an additional fan in the bedroom. There is free parking 200 meters away. Other things to note "Things You Need to Know Before You Book" * Only the number of guests confirmed on the booking are permitted to occupy the premises & full names are required of all guests staying . No visitors are allowed and strictly no pets. * Check in between 3pm and 9pm. Checkout at 10am. * Strict quiet times between 9pm and 7am as its a Residential Street. * We also require a copy of the booking guests ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification. * For last minute bookings within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction. * Strictly no smoking and no vaping inside or outside of the apartment. * There are external security cameras at the front of the property. * You may be required to allow access for service personnel should repairs or maintenance be necessary. The guest agrees to allow the host and/or appointed tradesperson to enter onto the property at any time to effect or investigate repairs or complaints. *The property is not suitable for those not comfortable with stairs or small children due to stair safety reasons. * There is a pool on the property so the exterior gate must remain closed.
