Las Gaviotas - House in Claromeco for 7

Claromecó is a beautiful town on the Buenos Aires coast to visit all year round, as you can always have a relaxing stay. During spring and summer, its beaches await you to cool off and change your days for sea air. During the cooler seasons, you can also explore its green and wooded spaces and enjoy long walks. My place is a very nice house that can accommodate 7 people, ideal for families or large groups. The space It is located just 3 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from the main square, adjacent to the shopping area. The house also has: - 3 bedrooms. The main one has a double bed, the second one has 3 single beds and the last one has a bunk bed. All have fans. - 2 bathrooms. The main one is larger and has a shower space. The second is en suite (bedroom with bunk bed) and has a dressing room, it also has a shower if you would like to use it. - Living room. Spacious and bright with several armchairs, 32" SmartTV and salamander. - Kitchen-dining room. Equipped with refrigerator with freezer, stove with oven, microwave and electric kettle. There is also a 5 kg automatic washing machine. - Closed garage with capacity for a Toyota Hilux truck, and another uncovered garage at the entrance for a car. - Large back garden with grill and laundry.
