Apartment on the 1st floor in a house, 45 sqm with 1 bedroom. Free parking and charging facilities (by appointment). Quiet and peaceful area with walking distance to bus, mountains and beach. 10 min drive to the city center. The apartment has a washing machine, hairdryer, shower, toilet, dishwasher, fridge, oven, hob and kettle. Queen size bed in bedroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed (queen size when unfolded) and TV. We live on the 2nd floor ourselves, the apartment is soundproofed, but you can hear that people live above. The space This is an apartment located on the 1st floor of a semi-detached house. It is 45 sqm with 1 bedroom. There are heating cables in all rooms except the kitchen. The apartment is newly painted and in modern standard. Parking is available nearby and if you need to charge the car we have a fast charger available. The apartment is located at the end of a dead end street in a quiet and peaceful area. Walking distance to bus, mountains and beach/bathing water. It takes 10 minutes to drive to the city center. If you like hiking, there are many possibilities: Lyderhorn, Damsgårdsfjellet, or a round around Tennebekkstjernet. In Tennebekkstjernet there is a great swimming area with beach. Feel free to ask us for tips if you want to go on a trip. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, hairdryer, shower and toilet. The kitchen is small but modern. Here you have everything you need: dishwasher, fridge, hob, oven and kettle. In the bedroom there is a queen size double bed. In the living room there is a dining table with 3 chairs, TV and sofa bed, which when unfolded becomes a queen size double bed. We have received feedback that the sofa bed is somewhat hard to lie on, and that it is best suited for children. We live on the 2nd and 3rd floor, so we are available if there should be anything. The apartment is soundproofed according to standard, but you can hear that people live above. There is a possibility of recycling waste. Then you can use the drawers in the hallway: they are marked with glass, metal, plastic and deposit. Waste that is sorted does not need to be emptied at check-out, we can arrange that after check-out. Guest access All of the apartment Other things to note The apartment is best suited for 2 people.
