This cozy two bedroom (two queen beds and one futon), one bath house is nestled in Gaspereau Wine Country. Only three minutes to downtown Wolfville and five minutes or less to some of the Annapolis Valley's best wineries. Relax with a breathtaking view of Gaspereau Valley from the large, wraparound deck with a glass of Nova Scotia bubbly, or plan your next tubing adventure in the Gaspereau River. The space The Kitchen: I have some cooking oil (Olive, Coconut and Avocado - while supplies last) and basic staples, like spices and a few condiments available for use. There is lots of storage space and most cookware you would need. The Bathroom: Full tub and shower, magnifying mirror and laundry bin. Please absolutely no use of ‘Purple Shampoo’ and any shower products with dyes, it will stain the tub. Bedrooms: Closets available with hangers, storage bins and chairs. Both the master and spare room have Endy Mattresses and there are a few extra pillows and blankets available in the bins and closet. The Living Room: Smart TV available for you to connect your own personal Netflix, Prime TV, etc. The wood stove is currently unavailable. The Outdoors: Please help yourself to fresh herbs in the garden, enjoy the views and remember to clean up after your pet. * 1/2 of the deck is currently unavailable as I finish up renovations. The Office: There is a desk, chair, pens and highlighters available. Basement: Ping pong is available! The Washing Machine and Dryer: Available downstairs in the basement, please follow instructions for proper machine use. Dryer setting is recommended to be set at low heat. This is a new listing, if there is anything that I forgot to supply the house with, please don't hesitate to let me know and I will do my best to rectify.
