We are only one hour and ten minutes from Montreal, twenty minutes from Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts and very close to Val-David. The space There are two bedrooms upstairs, very comfortable with two queen beds, in one of the bedrooms there is a single bed that is under the bed, perfect for another person, the mattresses were replaced this summer. A full bathroom and all the desired amenities for an extended stay, bath towels, bedding, shower soap, shampoo and conditioner. There is a small bedroom/office on the first floor with a double futon as well as bedding. A second bathroom with shower, towels and amenities as upstairs. A full kitchen to make your meals like at home, dining room and open air living room with TV, internet, gas fireplace. Electric heating throughout. Guest access There is a private entrance for 2 or 3 vehicles. Snow removal is included, but you will need to shovel the snow at the access to the house either at the front or at the back if desired. Other things to note You must take care of putting out the garbage, recycling, compost on the street on the days selected by the city (small calendar) as well as when you check out.
