The space Large apartment of about 120 square meters is located on the second floor of a typical medieval building NOT equipped with an elevator. The interior space is arranged as follows: - LIVING ROOM with sofa, relaxation corner and dining area. PLEASE NOTE the fireplace is a piece of furniture, it cannot be used. - KITCHEN with stove, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, kitchen utensils. - BEDROOM I with a double bed and a wardrobe. - BEDROOM II with two single beds. - BEDROOM III with two single beds (one is pull-out) and a desk. - BATHROOM I and II both with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. - BATHROOM III equipped with bathtub/shower, sink, toilet and bidet. - TERRACE furnished with tables and armchairs; ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: independent heating, washing machine, clothes drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Guest access The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
