The "Mas près de la Boissière" welcomes you upstairs in this charming cottage of 34 m2, enjoying a magnificent view of the garrigue, quiet, renovated, bright, elegant, air-conditioned, it is fully equipped for perfect autonomy and located in a residential area of Saint-Maximin. The village is spread out on a very sunny hillside overlooking the plain, minutes from Uzès. With its small narrow streets and beautiful stone walls, it exudes a relaxing charm The space The private apartment consists of 2 rooms: a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette, with a sitting area overlooking a small private terrace perfect for an outdoor breakfast. The separate bedroom includes a large double bed 160 x 200, and its shower room with large walk-in shower. The garden, wooden terraces and swimming pool are to be shared with two other cottages, so a maximum of 4 people in addition, without children (Knowing that the majority of guests come to visit the area and ultimately spend little time at the farmhouse). Everyone also enjoys a private exterior. Guest access The apartment is private, you will enjoy a private terrace overlooking the garden and scrubland. The communal areas allow you to access the landscaped garden and the above-ground pool dressed in wood, enjoying stunning views of the garrigue.
